I want answers from this company, because they have treated me terribly. I have been trying to join their fund for more than a month now. They don't reply to my emails or anything. Today I called, and after waiting for 20 minutes, I ask the woman if there is anyone who speaks English in the company. She tells me in a extremely rude manner that Dutch and French. So I start speaking Dutch (I am a beginner but people can understand me). What does this disgusting woman do? She hangs up the phone. I feel seriously offended by these people and now I really do not want anything to do with them. You should be ashamed of yourself, you are a fund established to help people, but now I have been a month waiting for my insurance, I have been treated terribly by this people and no solutions.
